The last 5 minutes of the film was mostly silent outside of the interview audio and sound track. Recreating the sounds of the 2020 protests in downtown Columbus proved to be an enormous challenge. All sounds were recorded or rerecorded in the locations in which they occurred - some of which only a block or two away from my home. Since this was completed during the pandemic, crowds of people weren’t amassing very often.
